Thanks for connecting with us here at TD Helps, Don and Nancy. We are sorry for your loss and hope all is well.
In the unfortunate event of a Customer’s passing, it's important for TD Bank to assist the family and Executor/Administrator with as much help as we can provide. With that being said, please be informed that although we are affiliated with TD Canada Trust across the border, we are not the same institution.
As you're inquiring about a cashier's check drawn from our affiliate TD Canada Trust, we ask you please give them a call directly for further assistance at 1-866-222-3456, they’re available 24/7 or call them collect at 416-983-5393 and they will accept the charges.
Also, our friends in Canada can assist you further if you would like to submit your inquiry from here: http://bit.ly/1qHQQns.
We hope this helps Don and Nancy. Have a good one.
