Typically, you should receive your first statement within 30-45 days of opening a new credit card account with us. If you have any concerns or have not received your statement after this amount of time, we recommend contacting our Credit Card department 24/7 by dialing 888-561-8861 for assistance. Or, feel free to visit a TD Store at your earliest convenience. The Store nearest you can be found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please know that you have the option of making payments online and viewing your statement by using the TD Credit Card website at www.tdcardservices.com. If you have not enrolled your account, you can do so by selecting the "Set up your account now" link located on the right side of the page under "Need to enroll your Account?" or, you may click here to take you directly to the enrollment page: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. There are three steps, and you will need your card number handy for the enrollment process. Once you've successfully enrolled your account, you can view your statement and make payments from the comfort of your own home!
