We bought a new car on 1/27/18, first payment on 2/26/18. When do I receive the first statement? Normally we would receive an informational email, so far not thing yet

Before we do so; however, we'd like to mention that TD Bank no longer offers loans specifically for the purchase of a vehicle. As you recently purchased your vehicle, we believe that your loan may be held with TD Auto Finance. While TD Bank and TD Auto Finance may share the same TD shield, we are different entities, and so that we may better assist you, we'd like to recommend that you connect with TD Auto Finance directly.
For your convenience, TD Auto Finance Specialist can be reached Monday through Friday, 8am to 10pm, as well as Saturday, 8am to 7pm by dialing 800-556-8172.
