I have in fact 2 questions.
I am Canadian and have already a credit card from a US Bank but this bank charges me the "foreign transaction fee" not only for a transaction in another currency than $US (domestic and International), but it also charges this fee for international transaction even if the transaction is already in $US. From reading TD credit cards i am not sure when will TD apply a foreign transaction fee.
Also, Is it possible to add a alternate shipping address (It would be a Canadian address)?

Thanks for connecting with us here at TD Helps, Nelson. We'd be glad to help provide details regarding your inquiry.
We’d like to inform you that there is a 3% foreign transaction fee that is applied for transactions processed internationally (including Canada) and will be posted in U.S. currency. This includes all of the TD Bank Visa Credit Cards we offer, except for the First Class Visa Signature Card, in which there is currently no international transaction fee. Please note; fees may subject to change. We encourage you to review a general copy of the Personal Credit Card Agreement at http://bit.ly/1klVfbF . The Interest Rate and Fee Schedule can be found on Page 12, and information on the Exchange Rate at Page 2.
TD Bank U.S. offers several types of Visa Credit Cards, for different Customers' needs. Please take a look here http://bit.ly/1bgHTLy to view and compare the types of cards we offer, and find one that may be most convenient for you.
If you're a resident of Canada and also have a US Residential Street address within the TD footprint, you're welcome to begin an application for a U.S. Visa Credit Card here: http://bit.ly/1vJ8Oa9. Please note that if your Social Insurance Number is provided on the application, your Canadian credit history will be used as part of the application process; or, if your U.S. Social Security number is provided, your U.S. credit history can be used. You're welcome to fax the application to:
Attn: Credit Card Operations 855-257-3388
Or, it can be mailed to:
TD Card Services
PO Box 1435
Deposit, NY 13754-9933
This information is also listed at the bottom of the application for your convenience, along with the credit card Terms and Conditions.
Once you've been approved for a TD Credit Card, as per your request, we can add a secondary address to your account. And we are glad to inform you that this can be a Canadian address.
If you have any questions regarding this process, you're welcome to contact our TD Cross Border Team. They're available 24/7 and can be reached at 877-700-2913. You may also apply for a TD U.S. credit card at any TD Bank Store, if you'll be visiting U.S. in the near future. To find TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Nelson. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for all the answers, but i'm still not sure I understand it correctly. I will try with an Paypal example (because paypal is my primary concern)
If with the credit card I buy something:
-In $US on Paypal USA: no foreign fee, domestic transaction
-In $CAD on Paypal USA: is a foreign fee apply because the transaction is not in $US even if it is a domestic transaction?
-In $US on Paypal Canada: is a foreign fee apply because the transaction is already in $US but it is a international one?

We appreciate your question and would be glad to help.
We'd like to inform you that if you were to make a purchase in Foreign Currency within the US, there would be a foreign fee applied to this transaction. Also, purchases done in Canada, whether it is US Dollars or Foreign Currency, would be considered an International transaction.
Should you have any other questions; we invite you to connect with our Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861. To connect with us from outside the US, please dial 706-644-3266.
We hope this helps and please have a great day!
