We appreciate you joining us on TD Helps today, Charles. We would be more than happy to provide you with information regarding your new debit card!
Replacement debit cards are automatically mailed to your address of record 30 to 45 days prior to the expiration date of your current card. The VISA debit card is valid until the last day of the expiring month.
If you are expecting a new ATM/Visa Debit Card for a new account, you may receive your card via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If you would like to obtain your debit card immediately, feel free to stop by any TD Store during lobby hours. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Bank stores have instant issue machines where any Customer Service Representative would be happy to print out a new card for you during your visit. You will walk out with a new card in your hand!
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day!
