Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Carol. We'd be happy to help.
For more details on the TD Simple Checking account, we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1dhZ3bj.
The monthly maintenance fee will be debited from your account at the end of your statement cycle.
Your statement cycle will depend on when you opened your account. You can find when your statement cycle ends right on your statement! The dates will be listed on the top right of the page beside "Statement Period." You may also call us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7 and after account verification, we'd be happy to confirm your statement cycle dates. You may also visit your local TD Store for assistance. You may view our locations here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, you may view this information via your TD Online Banking. After you log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please select the "Account Details" tab. Once there, you will see the "Previous Statement Date" section, the date shown is the last day of your statement cycle which will also be the date your maintenance fee is debited. Please note, if that date falls on a weekend or holiday, the fee may be debited the business day prior or after.
If you have not enrolled in Online Banking yet, that is okay! It is free for all TD Customers and you're welcome to click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to start. You will need your account number, TD Debit/ATM card, Social Security number and email address. If you experience any difficulties, please call us at any time at the number provided above.
We hope this helps and please let us know should you have any other questions.
