You are able to dial 888-751-9000 to reach a Specialist. Keep in mind that 888-751-9000 is also our Automated System. At any time while listening to the prompts you are able to select 0 to be transferred to a Banking Specialists who will be glad t0 discuss your concerns.
You are also able to visit any TD Store to inquire about a wire transfer. To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are also able to send us a secure message in regards to your concerns. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
