I am trying to make a payment online , but the service is out of service

We're sorry to hear that you've had some difficulty making a payment. We've confirmed with our Tech Support Team and TD Card Services that we do not have any known issues with online or mobile banking, but this does not mean that there may not have been some latency issues. Our website is constantly updating to provide the best and fastest service to our customers, which could potentially cause momentary delays.
If you are still experiencing this same issue, please give our Tech Support Team a call at 800-493-7562. If this is in regard to making a payment to your TD Bank Visa Debit Card, please call our Credit Card Customer Service Team at 888-561-8861. We have representatives available 24/7 that should be able to help with your payment.
