Hello Michelle! Thank you for stopping by TD Helps. We appreciate the opportunity to address your question.
Once you leave the Store the transaction is complete so we would not be able to re-create that receipt. However, you may request a copy of the deposit slip for your records. We can certainly help you in person, over the phone, or through your online account. If you chose to submit your request through online banking please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account via http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
- Click on the Customer Service tab
- Under the Self-Service heading click the link for Other Copy Requests
- Select the account that received the deposit
- Choose the Deposit Slip Copy
- Enter the amount of the deposit and the date of deposit
- To finish the request click the send button at the bottom of the page
If you are not currently enrolled and would like to, you may do so via this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that to enroll you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address. If you have any trouble enrolling, you may contact us directly 24/7 via the telephone number mentioned below or visiting us during lobby hours at your nearest TD Store.
Recently cleared records will be sent within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that some older records may take longer to send. For copies of 4 or more records, please call our LIVE customer service 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 or visit a TD Bank Store. Click here for locations near you: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Michelle and have a great day.
