I need money immediately, depositing cash to the teller should do it right? I don't have to wait until the next business day?

Welcome to TD Helps, Krista. We're glad to go over funds availability with you.
We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that cash deposit (made at the Bank’s Teller station or the Bank’s ATM) is available on the same day they are deposited. However, the transaction itself will not be posted to your account history until our system updates.
Here is our Personal Deposit Account Agreement http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ for you to view for more information. On pages 38-40 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Also, if a cash deposit is made after 8:00 PM on a business day, over the weekend or on a Federal Holiday, while the funds will be available immediately, the deposit will remain pending and post to your account on the following business day.
We hope the information provided help. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great one.
