When I enter my user name and password on your online banking web site from my laptop, my user name appears as xxx•••••xxx and I cannot login. If I access the mobile site from my phone's browser It works fine. What is the problem?

Great to see you today and we apologize for any confusion when logging in online, we're glad you stopped by.
As part of our recent Online Banking enhancements, we have made a change to how your user name will appear when you log in to our full website (usually via your personal computer or laptop). When using www.tdbank.com to log in, your user name will now be partially obscured by asterisks. This has been completed for your online banking security and should not affect your ability to log in to your account.
