Why does it take so many times to get in to my account? I log in, click the account link and it goes right back to the opening screen. It has been happening for weeks. When I finally get to see my account it 75% of the time only shows me pending items and not all of the account info.

As you mentioned when you click on the account link, you are taken back to the home page, this sounds like a browser-related issue. For a quick resolution to this issue, we recommend disabling any plug-ins or themes and restoring your browser to the default settings. We also suggest making sure that you are using the most up to date version of your browser and that it is accepting cookies.
