Since you mentioned that your log in page is blinking, this sounds like a browser issue. To correct this, we would first recommend that you clear the cache and cookies, disable any plug-ins and restore your browser defaults. If this doesn't correct the problem and you're not using the newest version of your browser, we also suggest making this update. Please note that our website is compatible with the newest versions of most popular browsers. If the issue persists after updating the version, we'd recommend that you try using a different browser altogether to access our site.
