When I log into my account I only see the new change info. There is no link to change my password or to get to my banking info at this time.

Hi Sue! We'd be glad to help.
We're sorry that you've had some difficulty locating where to change your username and password, but we'd be happy to direct you.
To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and then select the 'Customer Service' tab. In the first group under the 'Self Service' tab, you'll see hyperlinks for your username and password. Just select 'Password' and you'll be taken to a screen where you'll need to enter your current password and then your new one twice. We have all the password rules right there for you. Once you've entered everything in, just click 'Submit' and you'll be all set!
