Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Adam! We're sorry to hear that you are having difficulties when enrolling your account online, but we'll be happy to provide some options for you.
In order to create a user name and password for your personal account, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. You will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, and email address. Once at the page, you will be asked to choose "Personal" or "Business." When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).

If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your ATM/debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password.

If you're trying to enroll in Online Banking for your TD Credit Card you can do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. You will need your full card number, your full name as it appears on your card, your password and other pieces of personal information. The website will then verify the information you've provided and if correct, allow you to finish the enrollment process.
