As you mentioned that you were unable to access your personal account online, there are a couple of possibilities. If your username or password isn't working as expected, a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you in unlocking your account or resetting this information upon proper account verification. Please contact them directly at 888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help you.
