We do recommend using the most up to date version of your browser as this may solve the issue. We'd also like to point out that our web site is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. Clearing your cache and cookies would be our next recommendation. If the problem continues, please disable any plug-ins and restore your browser defaults.
If you are using Google Chrome, to eliminate any "flashing" issue, please find an option on your browser to Reset Browser Settings and follow any prompts to complete this process. Please note, this may erase any bookmarks or saved data. If for any reason this doesn't correct the issue, you may also try to remove and reinstall the Chrome browser.
