I have enough money on my account but my card gets rejected every time i try to use it here in peru.

Hello Julieta, we're sorry to hear of any troubles you are having with your debit card and would be happy to help point you in the right direction for help.
Please understand that although you would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information as this is considered an unsecure forum.
TD Bank Visa Debit cards can be used worldwide at any location which accepts Visa. If you are unable to use your card, you may not have a travel notification set at this time. A travel notification helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your account. Additionally, for your protection, we will also continue to monitor card activity even when a notification is set, and the card may be blocked temporarily until we're able to verify the transactions.
To best assist you, we encourage contacting us directly by telephone to have your account reviewed and your card notated if necessary. To contact Customer Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from outside the United States, please dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
If you are enrolled for online banking, you may also communicate with us using a secure message via your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by logging in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, you're welcome to use our self-service enrollment option if you have your TD Bank account number, debit card number, Social Security number, and email address. Please begin the enrollment process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and you'll be able to view your accounts and send a message immediately after enrollment. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
