There are sometimes when making purchases over the phone or online that the merchant will verify the banking information you've provided with a $0.00. Typically these transactions expire and do not apply to your account. Since the business in which you've processed your Debit Card is responsible for these transactions, we recommend reaching out to them directly for clarification.
