We'd love to keep you as a Customer, Lynn. We know that banking from a distance may seem difficult, but we can offer you some options to make it a lot easier.
For check deposits, we offer mobile deposit. You can photograph the front and back of a check and deposit it through our mobile app on your phone or tablet. It's simple to use! Just download our app and log in with your normal username and password. Once logged in, select the Camera Icon. You'll then need to select the account in which you'd like to deposit the check. If you haven't done so already, you'll also need to accept the Terms and Conditions. The system will then walk you through photographing the front and back of the check and confirming the dollar amount. Once you've clicked submit, the check should be pending on your account and be available the following business day. You also have the option of depositing checks and cash at non-TD Bank ATMs. Just make sure they are Cirrus or PLUS shared deposit ATMs. You can expect your deposit to be available in your account by the 5th business day after your deposit is made. Since there are not currently any TD Bank ATMs in that area, we want to provide you with some options to avoid ATM fees when you need some cash.
Many stores now offer you the option of receiving cash back when you make a purchase. TD Bank does not charge a fee for this service. The amount you take back in cash is simply added to your total purchase.
You may also be able to use your TD Bank Visa Debit Card to do a cash advance with a bank teller at a different financial institution. To do this, visit a bank in Bristol and request to do a Visa Cash Advance with the teller. Your card will be used to withdraw funds and that transaction should post to your account as a Visa purchase, rather than a withdrawal. While TD Bank does not charge a fee for doing this type of transaction, we recommend confirming with the bank that you use if they charge a fee to perform this service.
Finally, we want to make you aware that with some of our accounts, non-TD Bank ATM fees are waived as a benefit of that account type. We may even waive the fees charged by the ATM company! From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
