Please be advised, as the custodian on the account, you are able to make withdrawals for your child if they are a minor. Also, here's a link our Personal Deposit Account Agreement for you to view for more specific information about our account terms: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. You may locate the information that answers your question in great details on page 17.
If your child is 18, they would be able to make withdrawals on their own with an ATM card.
