Want to know how long it takes for online account to be able to login. I received a user id and temp password
I opened account in branch and seeing I received temp password and user id i was wondering when it would be available to access. Just trying to determine if there is a issue or if just normal processing time.

A new account will take one full business day to show on an Online Banking profile. However, you can reach out to our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. If this is a BusinessDirect account, please contact our Tech Support Specialist at 800-493-7562 option 2. They are available 24/7 and are willing to assist you with making the account visible immediately after proper account authentication. Another option is to send us a secured message through your Online Banking account, by selecting the Customer Service tab.
