Is there a number I can call to get TD's personal online banking to change my email address. Currently when setting up bill pay online the system says it will confirm via email to email@example.com. I don't work there anymore. Please change my address. Please let me know if you need any further information to facilitate the change. Thank you. Gail

Hi Gail! We'd be happy to help.
As long as we have the correct email address on file for you, we can update your email address in Bill Pay.
To confirm the address we have on file for your profile, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Select the "Customer Service" tab and click "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address". If necessary, update your email address and click "Send". This should update through our systems in approximately 3 business days.
Once we've got this updated, please give our Tech Support Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. We can then update your Bill Pay email address, if it hasn't updated already. We would also be glad to confirm the email address we have on record and then update your Bill Pay email address. If the address we have on file for you is incorrect, we should be able to help in updating that as well. We'd also be glad to do this for you in any of our Stores.
