Is there a number I can call to get TD's personal online banking to change my email address. Currently when setting up bill pay online the system says it will confirm via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. I don't work there anymore. Please change my address. Please let me know if you need any further information to facilitate the change. Thank you. Gail

Hi Gail! We'd be happy to help.
As long as we have the correct email address on file for you, we can update your email address in Bill Pay.
To confirm the address we have on file for your profile, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Select the "Customer Service" tab and click "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address". If necessary, update your email address and click "Send". This should update through our systems in approximately 3 business days.
Once we've got this updated, please give our Tech Support Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. We can then update your Bill Pay email address, if it hasn't updated already. We would also be glad to confirm the email address we have on record and then update your Bill Pay email address. If the address we have on file for you is incorrect, we should be able to help in updating that as well. We'd also be glad to do this for you in any of our Stores. I'm having the same issue now, I have changed my email thru tdbank.com a couple of weeks ago but still receive emails to my old email address. As of today that email is no longer available. I followed your link above but there is no "customer service" tab.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by your e-mail address not being updated.
Since our online banking upgrade, things have changed a bit. We'll be happy to provide you with the new steps for how to submit a request to change your contact information.
You may first log in here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO to get started. You may then click on your name in the upper right corner. Please select 'Update Personal Settings' under 'Settings'. You may then select the pencil icon, under 'Update Profile'.
If you are logged in through the app, you may also change your contact information using a similar method. Please click on the menu icon in the upper left corner. Then click 'Settings' and 'My Contact Information'. You may change your information by filling out the applicable boxes.
Please know that you may also quickly change this information over the phone with a Representative by dialing 888-751-9000, as our Representatives are available to assist 24/7.
