Hello my name is Michellelee , I opened an account on-line a couple weeks ago and I have not received a debit card.

You mentioned you've recently opened your account online, if you requested a TD Debit card during the account opening process, you should expect to receive your TD Debit card via mail within 7-10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your post office. Your card will be sent in a white envelope for security purposes.
If you find that you need a card before then, you are always invited to stop by any TD Bank Store during lobby hours to pick one up. We just ask that you bring photo ID. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you. Once at the Store, please ask the Store Representative to close your mailed card since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
If you are unable to visit us and have made an initial deposit, you may contact us at 888-751-9000. We are available 24/7 and after account verification, we'd be happy to request a card be sent to you.
