I was a previous Target Visa customer and you bought out Target Visa accounts. My acct was sent to collection and then I settled the debt for less than the remaining balance. When will the 2015 1099 C forms be mailed? It is February and I have not received mine, yet.

I was not referring to interest forms. I was referring to 1099 C forms that are debt cancellation form. I am not concerned with interest form. Please look into debt cancellation form mailings. People that have credit cards where part of the debt was cancelled. I had a Target Visa account and I negotiated settlement on the remaining balance last February.
Please connect me with an answer regarding DEBT CANCELLATION FORMS - THAT IS 1099 C, NOT 1099-INT.
