TD Bank 1099-INT forms will be mailed by January 31, 2015 to our Customers who earned more than $10.00 in interest for the year of 2014. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
In the case of non-receipt, there are several options available to obtain a copy your 1099-INT form. We apologize, however at this time we do not offer the option of downloading a copy online. You may give us a call, send a secure message or visit any TD Bank Store. You may to choose which option is most convenient for you! To connect with one of our Banking Specialists, you can call 888-751-9000, 24/7 and upon verification, they will be able to submit a request for a copy of your 1099-INT form if you have earned more than $10.00 in interest for the previous year.
If you wish to communicate with us via secure message, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your secure message, please be sure to include the account numbers, your current address and the reason you're requesting a copy (i.e. lost other copy, did not receive original).
