My dad got the new chip card in the mail a couple of weeks ago, but his old card wasn't going to expire till 12/2017, my old card expires on 10/2016 and I have yet to receive the new card, what is going on?

Typically debit cards are replaced within a month of their expiration date however, there are exceptions for the EMV Chip debit cards. If you have not received an EMV Chip debit card and would like us to determine if one has been sent to you or order one for you, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance.
