My TD Bank Visa debit card expires this month, when will I receive a replacement card?

A new TD Bank Visa Debit or ATM Card will be issued automatically approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the expiration date. Please note that it is mailed to the address on file. It is normally delivered within 7 to 10 business days. However, delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If you have not received your new card yet, or have had a recent address change and the card has already expired, we ask that you call our Customer Service Line 24/7 at 888-751-9000 so that we can send you a new one. You may also visit your local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours where you can receive one immediately. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find hours and locations near you. Once at the Store, please ask the Store representative to close the replacement card which is already mailed to you since it will no longer be useful once you receive a new card at the Store.
Another way to contact us is by sending a secured message via Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will need to be enrolled to Online Banking first. If you are not enrolled to Online Banking yet, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s). Once you are logged in, you will then select the "Customer Service" tab after you log in. Beneath the section entitled "Message Center" select "Send a Message."
