I opened a checking and savings account online and have not received an email confirming either action. I tried calling the 888-751-9000 number to set up online banking since I do not yet have a debit card number but the system did not recognize my credentials (account number and last four of social). What do I do now?

Welcome to the TD Family, Mario.
If you recently opened your account online, to use our Online Enrollment self-service link found here, http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY you'll need your account number, ATM or Visa Debit card number, your Social Security number and email address, and you'll be immediately enrolled after completing three short steps.
If you haven't received some of this information yet, that's okay. If you made your initial deposit and the funds are available in your account, you can give one of our Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and they'll be able to help you right over the phone. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to get your online account up and running during your call.
If your initial deposit hasn't been completed yet or if you prefer, you're also welcome to stop in at any of our convenient Store locations which can be found at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks for stopping by and take care.
