My card was lost and someone spent money off of my card. Putting my card into a serious negative. I called the bank this past Tuesday and they said it will come in 3-5 business days. Will I receive it on Monday? Is it possible that it could come on a Saturday? I live in the U.S and I have U.S postal service. Also, will the funds that were taking out be posted back on my account?

Happy Saturday, Shanteria!
We're so sorry to hear of these unfortunate circumstances, and we'll be more than happy to help.
As you mentioned that you already requested to have a new card mailed to your address, generally speaking, both Credit and Debit Cards can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to be delivered, unless requested to be expedited. It's important to note that this time frame can vary depending on your postal service, and we'd also like to take a moment to let you know that TD Bank Debit and Credit Cards are shipped in white, discreet envelopes for the security of your account.
If you would prefer to speak with a Specialist in regard to the delivery of your Debit Card, our Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-888-751-9000. You would also, as always, have the option of visiting a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to call or visit a TD Store location, don't worry, as you're always welcome to send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
In the event that you are referring to a Credit Card you may have with TD Bank, and not a Debit Card, our Credit Card Specialists can be reached by simply dialing 888-561-8861, also 24/7.
Generally speaking, when fraud occurs on either your Credit or Debit Card, a dispute is filed for an investigation to be completed. If you requested to have a dispute filed for the fraudulent transactions that occurred on your card, you may use any of the methods above to also speak with a Specialist in regard to when you may expect to receive a refund.
We sincerely apologize that we're unable to further assist you today; however, please understand that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum, and we are unfortunately unable to access your account or personal information.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Shanteria!
Have a great weekend.
