Please know that once you receive and activate your debit card by calling 888-553-4122, your card should be activated for use.
If this is not the case, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to reach us from outside the U.S. by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a landline telephone.
If you are unable to call, we recommend sending us a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
