I deposited my welfare check last night at 11pm,my account has been open for a few months now. When will my funds be available for use?

We'll be more than happy to clear up any confusion.
The availability of your deposit may depend on how your deposit was initiated. If you made a check deposit with a Teller, the first $100 is made available immediately. Cash deposits made with a Teller are also available immediately.
Deposits made at a TD Bank ATM before 8:00 PM on a business day are considered deposits made on that business day. A business day is every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. However, if you make a deposit at an ATM after 8 PM, or on a non-business day, we will consider that the deposit was made on the following business day. For example, if you made an ATM deposit on Saturday, that deposit will be considered Monday's deposit, and will post to your account Tuesday. Similar to deposits made with a Teller, cash deposits done at an ATM are also available right away.
It's important to note that deposits made through the Mobile Deposit feature will not have the first $100 available on the same business day, and in most cases, the full amount becomes available the following business day.
