Hi, I would like to know the progress of my investigation case. Investigation reference no.: D496262. The case was opened around end of May and I was promised that within 30 days, the amount of 807.32 CAD will be refunded back and wired to my Singapore bank account. As of now, it is near 3 months and there is no single update provided. Do not ask me to call the bank because i will be charged an international fee and the charges will be over the sky. If you will be kind and professional enough, do call me instead and charge the fees to TD and not to me.
Or alternatively, provide me with another communication platform that do not require fees to be paid. Or just simply tell me when will the money be refunded back to me.
