Received an e-mail on 2/14 saying I need to fund the accounts within 14 days. I transferred the funds on2/13. As of 2/16 the funds have not transferred.

Generally speaking, it takes 2-3 business days to receive an ACH transfer if all the information has been provided correctly. If this time frame has passed and you still have not received the funds in your new TD account, please feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account transaction with you.
