We'd first like to apologize as TD Helps is not considered a secure forum. Because of this, we are unable to access your account information to confirm when you may receive your card, but we'll be happy to provide you with all the information you may need to contact us!
If it was a Debit Card that was linked to your Checking or Savings account that you misplaced, you may contact us at 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As you mentioned that you are in Bali, Indonesia, you may also call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. One of our knowledgeable Banking Specialist will be happy to help you.
If you misplaced your Credit Card, you may contact a Credit Card Specialist at 866-686-4708, or overseas by dialing 706-644-3266. Credit Card Specialists are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
