I opened a new bank account in store. I gave my email and they said that I would receive an email within 24 hours prompting me to create a password and security questions. The 24-hour mark has passed and I still don't have any emails from TD Bank. None of my paperwork has the emial I gave them on it, so I'm worried that they might have gotten my email wrong or something. Again, I have my debit card, account info, and username, but not a password or anything for the online banking portion. When can I start using it?

If the account you're referring to is a business account for TD Bank BusinessDirect, please call our Small Business team 24/7 at 800-493-7562, option 2.
