I just recently relocated to Eugene OR from New York City. Is TD Bank going to open up some locations on the west coast ?

Although we currently do not have locations in Oregon, we encourage you to check out our web site for any updates. We'd also like to mention that there are plenty of ways that you can bank with us when you are not near a TD Bank.
You can always give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a live Banking Specialist or you can use our automated system. If you are enrolled in online banking, you can manage your account, check your balance and even make mobile deposits.

If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above.

Another option we'd like to mention is our Bank by Mail service. You can send a check by mailing it to the following address:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243.
Please be sure to clearly write your account number and the words; “For Deposit Only” on the back of your check. We check our P.O. Box daily and transactions will be posted on the day they are received. Please also note that TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail.
- Payee of the check and name on account should be the same.
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only).
We also recommend updating your address with us. You are able to call us by using the 24/7 number listed above, visiting a TD Store prior to leaving or changing your address via Online Banking.
If you choose Online Banking to update your address, please sign in and access the "Customer Service" tab and then follow the steps below:
· Select "Change Address, Phone, E-mail Address" link
· Select the desired bank account(s) from the list shown
· Enter your new information into the corresponding text boxes
· Click the "Submit Change" request button
A confirmation screen will appear indicating the changes that will be made to your contact information.
