Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Chris. We'll be happy to clear up some confusion. It really all depends on the method in which the funds are being transferred from your ETrade Account to your TD Bank Checking Account. As the transfer can be processed as an ACH Transfer or a Wire Transfer, we recommend contacting the sender (Etrade) to determine the method and the estimated delivery date. If the transfer is being sent as a wire, we post all incoming wires from the Federal Reserve until 6:30 p.m. on the current banking day. A confirmation will be sent to you the day the wire transfer is credited to your account. Please note that incoming wire information must match the account title for the TD Bank account it is being received. We also do not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and we return them to the sender. ACH credit transactions will be available by the opening of business day on the schedule payment date. You have a few options available to verify if the transfer has been credited to your account. You may access up-to-the-minute account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling our automated banking system (IVR) phone number at 1-800-937-2000. You can also give us a call at 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists who are available 24/7. You could also log into your Online Banking/Mobile App and review your pending or posted transactions. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, or if you need any assistance enrolling please call 1-800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Banking Specialists who are also available 24/7. As always, you could also stop by any local TD Bank Store and they would be happy to help! Here is a link for you to view TD Bank location details and hours: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Hope this helps out, Chris. Let us know if you have any other questions.
