Good morning, Patricia and thanks for reaching out to TD Helps.
We'd like to let you know that your Cash Rewards points info is still being printed on your monthly paper statements as long as you have a minimum of 1 point available at the time your statement is generated.
We invite you to visit here: http://bit.ly/1nGyrbA (Page 3) to learn more about TD Cash Rewards Credit Card Terms and Conditions and how cash rewards points are calculated on your account.
Another way to view your Cash Rewards points is by enrolling for online banking at http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. There are three steps, and you will need your card number and other personal information handy for the enrollment process. Once you've successfully enrolled your account, you can view your Visa credit card info including your Cash Rewards points from the comfort of your own home! If you encounter any issues with enrollment, please feel free to call a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861, who can help get you up and running.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact TD Card Services 24/7 at the same telephone number listed above or stop by any of the TD Store locations in your area. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day!
