TD Bank 1099-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015. Please kindly keep in mind that these are only sent out for Customers who earned at least $10.00 or more in interest for the previous year on their deposit accounts. If you're not certain if you should receive the form, you may wish to review your interest earned on your December, 2014 statements for all of your accounts which earn interest, or give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to see if you should expect one.
Once it is confirmed that the tax form was mailed to you; however, you have not received it in your mail, you have a few ways to request a copy. You may give us a call, send a secure message or visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours. You may choose which option is most convenient for you! To connect with one of our Banking Specialists, you can call us at the number just mentioned above, 24/7 and upon verification; they will be able to submit a request for a copy of your 1099-INT form.
To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank Online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
