I need to have a local bank in India as I'll be going to and from there from NYC. Where specifically are your bank locations in India?

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Nancy. We'd be glad to discuss.
We apologize for any inconvenience however we do not have TD locations in India at this time. Please know that you are able to use your Debit Card worldwide anywhere Visa is accepted.
When traveling, you can make an ATM withdrawal from any machine that displays the VISA or PLUS logo. We encourage you to check out our current fee schedule, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt, as it outlines any applicable fees that may be applied when you use your Debit Card out of the country.
To avoid any interruptions to your Debit Card usage, we request that you place a Travel Notification on your account. You can do so by calling our Customer Service Line at 888-751-9000 or visiting a local TD Bank Store. To find a TD Bank near you, check out http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, another option would be to send a secure message using www.tdbank.com and request the Travel Notification be added to your account. To send a secure message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” In your message, please include the dates and destination(s) you will be traveling.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number and e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
By placing a Travel Notification, this will help us be aware if we see foreign transactions on your account. Also, please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues.
