To retrieve information about your Auto Loan, you can call 800-937-5020 and speak with one of our dedicated Financial Solutions Representatives who are available 24/7. If you prefer, you can visit your local TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You also have the option of going on TD Online Banking for account information. To enroll in Online Banking you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After you've successfully enrolled, the first page that is displayed will show your accounts with TD and the current balances.
If your Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, please contact a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to help you.
