Hey Danette, thanks for coming by TD Helps. We'd be happy to help!
Based on your inquiry, it sounds like you are looking to obtain your account number and routing number so that you may enroll for direct deposit. If so, we’d be happy to help provide options on how to obtain this information.
Your routing number is determined by the TD Store in which you opened your account. For a listing of our current routing numbers, you can take a look here: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K. If you are still unsure of your routing number, you can always look at the first set of numbers on the bottom of your checks. You may also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We are available 24/7 and after account verification, we'd be happy to confirm your routing number with you.
Your account number is also located on your checks. The link provided above shows a sample check with information on where to locate these numbers. If you don't have checks, that is okay! There are still a couple options for you! If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can log in here http://bit.ly/SMUhhl and the welcome page displays your account number. If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, you may call us directly 24/7 by using the number mentioned above and we'd be happy to help get you set up! We also noticed your location, to connect with us form outside the US, please dial 1-856-751-9000 or by calling collect with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone.
If you are in the States, you can visit a TD Store in your area to retrieve your account and routing numbers. For lobby hours and locations near you please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please understand that for the security of your account, we may not disclose your account number via telephone or email.
We'd also like to invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6 where you can view and print our already prepared form. Once you print it, just fill in your personal information and hand the completed form to the depositor and they'll do the rest!
We hope this helps, Danette. If you need anything else, please let us know! Have a great day!
