Hi Chiara! Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps. Hope your day is going well. There are a couple of ways to confirm your routing and account number even if you don't have checks. Finding your routing number is easy, all you have to do is remember which state you opened your account in and check out our list of routing numbers here http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. Find the routing number that corresponds to your state and you're set! The TD Bank routing number is the same for all customers in your state! To find your account number, you can always refer to one of your statements – it will be listed in the upper right-hand corner as your Primary Account Number. Alternatively, if you've already registered for our Online Banking services, you can log in here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq for your personal account (or here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 for your Business Direct account). When you log in, you should see all of your accounts and account numbers right away on the landing page. If you have not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to, you may do so here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY or for BusinessDirect, here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. In order to enroll you'll need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit card number, Social Security number or Tax Identification number and email address. If you are missing any of these pieces of information or have trouble with the enrollment process please contact us directly. You may do so 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and speak to our Digital Banking Specialists or you may visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store. For locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Lastly, if you can't find a statement or don't have access to Online Banking, please visit us at the nearest TD Store. A Customer Service Specialist at any location can provide your routing and account number for you. Just remember to keep it somewhere safe! Hope this helps Chiara and please reach out if there's anything else we can do to help! Have a great day!
