Good question, Torsten! We'll be sure to provide the ways that you can check and or update your home address.
If you had already submitted a change of address, it can take 3-5 business days for it to reflect through your online banking. If your new address isn't showing through your online banking as of yet, you can stop in any TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Please note that your new address will reflect upon the closing of your next statement cycle. You may access your statements 24/7 by signing into your account, clicking on the account that you'd like to view and selecting the newest statement.
If you need to update your address before your move, you may do so in several different ways.
The first way you can update your address is through your online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you're enrolled, please sign in your account, click on the Customer Service tab and select Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address. You could also send us a secured message as well. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
You may also change your address by contacting a Banking Specialist 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. You may also visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours.
Another option would be changing your address via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:
NA 6000 Atrium Way
Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215
Please make sure to include your signature and please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
We hope this answers your question, Torsten and feel free to come by again if you have additional questions. Take care and have a great week!
Katherine G, Mount Laurel
