Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Ella. We'd be glad to discuss.
Based on your question, it sounds as though you're referring to 1099 forms. All TD Bank 1099-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2016. Please know that these forms were only sent out for Customers who earned at least $10.00 or more in interest for the previous year on their deposit accounts. You may wish to review your interest earned on your December, 2015 statements for all of your accounts which earn interest.
We ask that you allow 7-10 business days for the receipt of your tax documents.
If you have earned at least $10.00 or more in interest in the year of 2015; however, you have not received the tax from, we ask you contact us directly for assistance. You may give us a call, send a secure message or visit any TD Bank Store. To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To connect with one of our Banking Specialists, you can call 888-751-9000 24/7 and upon verification, they will be able to provide you the total interest you eared and they can submit a request for a copy of your 1099-INT form .
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Thanks again for your question, Ella and have a good day.
