Welcome to the TD Helps Community, Joe.
As the checks you are inquiring about posted to your account between November and December 2015, you should be able to view the check numbers, amounts and posting dates in your monthly statements via online banking. Additionally, if you had previously signed up for paperless statements or requested to receive copies of your check images on your paper statements, your check images should be included on the last page of your monthly statements.
If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, after logging in your account from here https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
- Click on the ''Accounts'' tab at the top of the screen
- Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the ''Statements'' tab
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click ''View Statement.''
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
You may also locate the check images (posted during current and previous statement cycles) online by following the steps below:
1. Click on the ''Accounts'' tab
2. Click on the blue hyperlink of your accounts name
3. Click on "Power Search" link, which is located on the right hand side of ''Account History.''
4. Enter the Check Number you are looking for and click on ''Search.''
If the check has been presented for payment, click on the “View Check Image” link next to Check Number to obtain a front and back copy of the check.
If you have not yet enrolled for online banking and have a TD Bank debit card, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. If you do not have a TD Bank debit card or are experiencing any difficulties while doing the online enrollment, you may contact our Banking Specialists who are available 24/7. When calling our Specialists at 888-751-9000, we do require account verification, for security purposes.
Additionally, you may request to have check copies mailed to you by calling us 24/7 at the same number listed above to speak with a Customer Service Representative. You should expect to receive your check copies at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location to submit this request in person. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Also, fees may apply for this service. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://go.td.com/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
We hope this helps, and have a great day, Joe.
