Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Jim. We'd be glad to help you make deposits while you're away.
First, to make a remote deposit you have the option to use our TD Mobile Deposit feature, available via the TD Mobile App. This is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to Customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account. If you meet these requirements, you're welcome to deposit a check using this service.
If you are not yet using the TD Mobile App, please note that you must first be enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address. For any assistance you may need with enrollment or if you have additional questions, feel free to contact our Banking Specialists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 888-751-9000 for immediate assistance.
Another easy option you have while away is to deposit your check at any ATM where the NYCE network is accepted. Just look for this symbol on a nearby ATM and you'll be able to make the deposit there.

Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
-Cash should not be sent through the mail
-Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
-Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
-Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
-Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
-If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
-If you do not have a deposit ticket, please include your name and account number on a separate slip of paper
-Do not staple transactions
