Good evening, Sarah,
Great to have you with us, thanks for your message!
Although TD Bank Stores are currently located on the East coast and we do not have any partner banks or networks in the Las Vegas area, please keep in mind that you'll be able to make an ATM withdrawal using your TD Bank Visa Debit card or TD ATM Card, even if you're not near a TD ATM. Our debit cards can be used at any ATM which accepts the Visa or NYCE networks, and ATM-only cards can also be used on the NYCE network. Search for these logos on a local ATM to make your withdrawal.
We understand that you are inquiring about our ATMs in order to avoid a fee. To do so from your current location, although we don't have an affiliated bank to refer you to, please note that many major retailers and grocery chains will allow you to get cash at the register without a fee. If you're using a Visa debit card, when making your purchase, please look for a cash-back option at the time you're swiping your card to avoid paying ATM fees for cash. We also recommend reviewing your available balance prior to your withdrawal; this option is always free by logging into your TD Bank online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, or by phone with using our automated service or with a Representative at 888-751-9000. If you're not yet enrolled for online banking and would like to be, please begin here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and be sure to have your account number, debit card number, Social Security number and email address nearby.
You're also welcome to perform a cash advance at a local bank in Las Vegas to obtain cash. Kindly note that although TD Bank does not assess a fee for this type of transaction, the bank you visit may and we recommend checking with them before completing the transaction.
Also keep in mind that if you're visiting Las Vegas on a temporary basis and don't have a nearby address listed on your account, we recommend placing a travel notification. This helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your account and card, and can prevent your card from becoming blocked. Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues.
If you haven't already done so, the easiest way to set a travel notification is to send us a Secure Message from your TD Bank Online Banking account, using the login link provided above. You can then send us a Secure Message by clicking on the Customer Service tab, then using the Send a Message link. Please include your exact travel dates, destinations and any connecting flight information if applicable.
Or, feel free to contact a Representative directly at the number listed above, and we're available 24/7 to assist you.
We hope this is helpful, Sarah.
Thanks again for getting in touch and enjoy your time in Las Vegas!
