Security questions are set up during the enrollment process for Online Banking. If you have been prompted with a security question and you do not recall the answer or you've tried a few times and have been locked out, we ask that you contact us directly to regain access to your online account. You are able to do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562 option 2 for BusinessDirect). After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help you log in again. If you prefer to speak with a Representative in person, you may always visit a TD Store during lobby hours. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
